Self-esteem - how to tranform low into high
Low-self-esteem can prevent us from achieving our goals. How we regard ourselves comes from the life we've had. But more importantly it comes from what we believe about the life we've had. If we change the belief and prove this most powerful of facts, 'its never too late to have a happy childhood! Pow! But how to do this? Well of course the whole of the '18-Step program' is designed to help you in that transformation. You will find it's in two parts. Firstly we need to sense more strongly the Whole of which we each are a small - but potentially very powerful - part. Secondly we need to do the 'parts' of the '18-Step program' because together, with the sense of the Whole, is the way to growth. When we grow we start to leave behind the self-limiting beliefs that tied us to our self-imposed 'failure'.

Low-self-esteem Many suffer from low self-esteem...... The whole of the site is about learning motivation for success and transforming low-self-esteem into a positive self-image is one key part of the whole process. We learn certain (false) truth from experiences in our lives - from which we suffer periodically from episodes of low self-esteem. The good news is that low-self-esteem can be transformed in to healthy self-esteem - i.e we can equally learn to experience the world positively. Two keys Firstly we need to re-frame past episodes and see them as learning opportunities - from which we can become more sympathetic and insightful in service to others. The second key is to celebrate the simple beauty of each small thing. As I write this very early in the morning my room which was really quite dark has suddenly become filled with light. Dawn was several hours ago but the thick grey cloud which still fills most of what I can see from my window, had blocked the sun. Now I see things differently. The young trees in the garden demand to be looked at because their leaves are sparkling with light from the low-angled sun that has emerged. I now see the world differently. When we grow beyond the un-reality of 'seeing ourselves in a poor' light we realize the light that was always there but hidden behind clouds of vapor. Realization is the sun coming out!
