SELF-KNOWLEDGE IF ALL YOU HAVE TIME FOR IS ACTION, START YOUR ACHIEVEMENT - DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH THESE 3 JOBS JOB 1: Spend 1 min per day in quiet silence just feeling the pull of your in-breath and the relaxed release of the out-breath. JOB 2: Engage in a form of dialogue that is outside of your normal work - paint if you are a scientist - study a science if you are an artist - dance if you are normally desk-bound. JOB 3: Help someone you lead, or care for, in their self-understanding. Ask gentle questions, "Do you feel that you are doing this because...." i.e. work to avoid being judgmental and prescriptive.
